First, choose one of our four watch styles. On the product page, upload your photo, adjust the design and preview your watch. You can also add an optional personal engraving before placing your order.
Yes. Our online preview lets you see how your photo will look on the watch before placing your order. Our team will also review your design. If we notice anything that may affect the final result, we’ll contact you before production.
Don’t worry. Even if your photo is slightly blurry, dark or has a complicated background, our team will do its best to adjust it for a better result. If we need a different photo or your approval, we’ll contact you before making the watch.
Yes. You can add an optional message to the back of selected custom watches. Enter your engraving on the product page and check the spelling carefully before ordering.
Custom watches are made within 7 business days. Ready-to-ship original watches usually leave our facility within 1–3 business days. Shipping time is calculated separately after dispatch.
Shipping to the United States usually takes 8–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking may take several days to update while the package is transferred between carriers. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Because custom watches are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your watch arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right.
